Nice! Yeah they're both such great books. The interviews and explainers are on both YouTube and on a series of podcasts. Oliver Burkeman made the rounds on a lot of different podcasts with names you probably already know (Tim Ferriss, Ryan Holiday, Diary of a CEO, Huberman Lab, Mark Manson, Greg McKeown, and more)
